House Rules and Policies

Check-in time starts from 2:00 PM and check-out at 12 Noon.
A deposit of Php1,000 is required upon check in. This will be refunded upon check out less any incidentals or other charges incurred (if any)
Any extra occupants above the normal occupancy or more than the number of pax declared upon booking, will be charged an Extra Person rate
Children above 11-year-old are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.
All hotel rooms are non-smoking. first offense for smoking anywhere on the hotel premises will result in a P5,000 fine.
Php 2,000.00 charge per room key if lost or not returned at the Front Desk upon check-out.
To guarantee the reservation, the resort may request a partial or full payment from the guest prior to their arrival date if the resort becomes fully booked.

Force Majeure Policy

Force majeure is defined as an extraordinary event(s) or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the resort, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, tsunamis, earthquakes), pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, and other unforeseeable events that prevent the resort from fulfilling its obligations.
Guests affected by a force majeure may reschedule their stay to a future date without any rescheduling fees, subject to availability. The rebooking must be made within 6 months from the original check-in date.
The property shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by guests due to a force majeure event, including but not limited to travel expenses, alternative accommodations, or other related expenses.
